IF you are seeing a ! on both the wired Broadcom and wireless Dell 1390 it might be your chipset driver is corrupt.
Go to the Drivers and download page, and select your OS.
Download all files under the chipset. Boot into Safe mode and install both of the drivers with the chipset first.
It appears that some how the devices are not being recognised.
