Help...I think I may have a virus....

Question

I stupidly opened a link on facebook and think my laptop became infected w/ a trogan. I've used spybot and adaware and removed everything they both found. Below is my hijack. I also keep getting a 'virus' warning that wants me to download a virus. I cancel out of it. It also opens a blank IE page.
