I had the same problem, but worse because I couldn't even get to the internet on IE! It was because I had IE 8 Beta installed on my computer though. I contacted McAfee and they told me how to fix the problem. I had to uninstall IE 8 Beta and reinstall IE 7. Luckily I had Mozilla Firefox on my computer so I was able to use that to get to the internet to get the instructions on Microsoft's website to do it. Hope this helps in some way!
I do not have I.E. 8.0 because my step-brother told me it does not work, also I do not get beta because a lot of people say beta is full of errors. I had firefox, but it gave me errors after errors so deleted it.

Hi, Bob:
I'll assume you're not some 12 year old kid trying to bypass Mommy and Daddy's restrictions. :emotion-2:

I think Firefox has been giving a lot of people problems lately. My son has been telling me how great Google's Chrome is. Might be worth trying.
