I'm sure you have searched the packaging, but looking at the connection it appears that the part might be easily missed. The info I found suggests the antenna is attached to the card by a flexible cable of some sort. See this:
Have you already double checked that you didn't leave it in the box? I remember another person a few days/weeks ago that missed the cable when she set up the computer but found it when she went back to double check the box contents.

You may wind up having to call Dell Spare Parts ( 1-800-357-3355 ) to find a part number. You will need your service tag number.
