Error 720 On Inspiron 1420 Vista

Question

I'm using Dell Inspiron 1420 with Vista 32 bit. For Broadband modem connection - Usb stick modem Huawei E160 with Mobile Partner Soft ware My problem - When I'm trying to connect - Network Connection Prompt Error 720 : A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network setting for this connection. Please Help... FYI, this modem works on my Dell PC with XP OS. No problem at all.

I hve a similar problem only that I am using an USB Modem from D.Link. Any help in sight?????????????
