I just found how to improve sound quality of Studio 15. Check this link http://sewagemaster.blogspot.com/2009/03/studio-15-studio-1537-audio-dpc-latency.html
After i tried the above solution, the audio is now acceptable. I guess it could not be better than this.
So after playing around with the configurations trying to find a solution i found turning off the "Enhancements" actually improved the sound quality/levels quite a bit.

Hi, I am not sure that the above solution works!
I have a problem during shuting down or restarting Windows after i follow the instruction in the link. Anyone has a better solution.

Still not great speakers, but sounds better.
Right click on the speaker next to the clock.
Select Playback devices.
Double click speakers / headphones. (Open Properties dialog.)
Select the enhancements tabe.
Check the box for Disable all "Enhancements"
Apply, and Enjoy.
