If you have a case number, you could try contacting Dell's 'Unresolved Issues' HERE.

You could also, request a replacement computer, but you only have 21 days from the date shown on the packing slip/invoice to request a replacement.

thanks i will request replacement if i don't get a response by tomorrow.  looks like it's another two week wait period for computer assembly.
