it's also ok to use your present ac adapter there as well.
all you'll need is the correct plug adapter for their mains socket!

The Inspiron 4000 is specified to run at up to 104°F environment temperature (read the specifications online on the Dell support page (for example click the Reference on this page) or in your printed user's guide). The battery is specified up to 95°F, 9° less than the computer itself. So you should be able to use your Inspiron at 90°F, or even more.

Consider using I8kfangui (linked below) to run the fans and keep it cooler.
