I'm not sure if you picked out the first part of my post. I do not want the setup.exe. What I'm looking for is the actual .inf, .sys, .cat files that makeup the driver. I need to take these files and inject them into the system. My problem is I cannot find a download for the actual driver files. Every download I've found only has the setup.exe.

ok, found it.
clean your temp folder (run -> %temp% )
start setup64.exe
don't do next or something in the setup. just leave it open.
in temp folder you will see a new folder named "{DE97B1F1-F22E-4088-A1D4-A6BF36EE15C8}"
in that folder you will have an msi file called "Dell 5530 Wireless Broadband Package.msi"
open a command line, go to "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\{DE97B1F1-F22E-4088-A1D4-A6BF36EE15C8}"
write in command line
msiexec /a "Dell 5530 Wireless Broadband Package.msi"
it will open you a new installation and ask you where do you want to extract the files.

thx, but I still have problems :(
it gives authentication problems for my Rxxx setup files, I think it tries to push me, that E6510 need 4440.
Can you help me, with one exact Rxxx driver file, which worked for you?
thx

no, we use the setup only to extract it..
example:
let say i have file named "R207067.exe"
when i start is it ask me where to extract the files
i extract them to "C:\dell\drivers\R207067"
after that it run automatcly the file "setup.exe" in "C:\dell\drivers\R207067" (dont press ok. leave the window in the back)
the file "setup.exe" also extract files but into a temp folder (press start -> Run -> %temp% - >ok )
those are the files we need
in temp folder yolu will find a folder named somthing like this "{2E11492F-9FC6-4718-9546-007F6E7A8DEB}"
enter it and you will find "setup.msi" or someting with .msi
copy all the contact to c:\drivers
(you can now close the first setup)
press start -> Run -> cmd - >ok
type cd c:\drivers
then type msiexec /a setup.msi
a new instillation window will open and ask you where you want to extract the files
