Yeh that would be nice, relacement. Although they have already changed the date for that twice and I'm now on my 3rd date which is nearly a month away. I would'nt be at all surprised if it changes again before then, I cant for the life of me understand the purpose of the 3 year premium warrany and support I paid for? Or understand the attempts to palm me off with replacement goods worth half the price of the money I paid. I get my chance though. DELL is a big company and kicking against them leaves little mark but that wont stop me kicking.
