Why does this keep popping up on my computer everytime i try to open a application?
And then when i want to open up an applitcation this happends...

Could be some infection(s) are messing up your system.

Well, it could be various forms of malware and spyware or other viruses. So first of all you need a good AND working antivirus and Anti-Spyware. I recommend Avast Anti-Virus for the Virus Protection and Spybot Search And Destroy for the Anti- Spyware. Just do a full scan on each program and see if it catches anything. If that doesn't work, then you probably have a more serious problem.

Thanks for the help, momboom1, but user cannot run .exe files. Even if she could, installing an additional anti-virus without removing Symantec first could create a problem.
