its perfect on external moniter....computer is running great minus the fact i can barely see the screen, runs much cooler than it did with the ndivia board
also the weird thing is that the image size within the screen fits into that area...ie i have a two inch black strip down the right side but i do not lose the mouse pointer when i move it over there, it stops at the edge
i wouldnt disagree with that except i find it wierd bc before the motherboard burned out i had no problems with the display, as soon as i installed the board is when the screen was out

First thing to check/replace would be the cable that runs between the display panel and mainboard.

If an external monitor is OK, then it's the internal display panel that is faulty.
