windows 7 upgrade

could anyone please tell me how I can order my widows 7 upgrade I've been trying for two days now and still no joy, that even includes phoning dell 3 times to listen to some music and then being told theres a place in the site to order it which I still can't find, please someone help me before I go around the bend.
