Anyone order a 3007WFP-HC recently?

As the topic says, I'm wondering if anyone has ordered a 3007WFP-HC recently, within the last week or so. If so, have you received it? I ordered one last month, received it in about 5 days but it unfortunately arrived damaged with a huge crack in the back casing. So now, I'm waiting on a replacement, and it's taking forever to get here - been eight business days so far. My order status page for the replacement lists utterly no information, aside from the fact that it's 'in production.' How long can it take to produce a monitor.. are the parts on backorder or something. What's worse, is the fact that N/A is listed under estimated shipment date, but that's apparently normal according to Dell support.
