You have done what you're supposed to do--provide the order number and monitor serial number. Try chat first and have the order number handy. Email is the slowest and least effective but use that if you have to.
You might be able to solve this yourself if the monitor can be turned on. Add a power strip or battery backup block and never use the power button. That's what most of us do for the computer and monitor.
