Most of your Dell preloads are gone. About the only thing you can recover are what you will find by going HERE. Other wise what ever you got a disk for is all you will have.
Not sure what preloads you are talking about. You should be more specific about which programs you are missing. You have to reinstall any missing programs from the installation disks you got with the computer if they work with Win 7. The factory installed programs that didn't come with a disk cannot be recreated. Utilities meant for Vista might not work with Win 7. You can download some Dell stuff from Downloads and Drivers at Support, but IMO, you are better off without them now that you have Win 7.
