You 'd have to rebuild the recovery manually - if you're up to a command line challenge, ImageX is free (from microsoft).  Acronis True Image can build a recovery image much more easily - though it is not free.

The best you're going to do is make your own image using ImageX.  See

Does anoyone know how to restore my DSR partition? I would like to get it back. BTW it was a Dell tech that said to delete all partitions. Now I wish I would not have deleted them. But what happened when I reinstalled with the CD the first time the boot drive was E. The C was one of the hidden partitions. And yes I installed

windows in the biggest partition.

Hello I have another question. When you do a factory recovery and it gets finished. The computer boots up then ask for user info and ask to register with MS ETC. How can I set my computer to ask all that after a reboot? How does Dell do it? When you get a computer from Dell or any OEM all drivers and programs are loaded. How do they go in  and load all the programs? Because when a customer gets it it boots up asking those questions ETC it is like they never logged in and set up drivers ETC. Is there something you do in the registery to make it ask all the user info? The reason I ask is because I want to set mine up like that.
