Ordered new XPS

Well, i was a long time user of the old forum back when i got my last Dell XPS Gen 2 (big blue case). I have not used this forum since it change to this format a few years ago because it is just about useless.

So i looked for the best place to post this and could not seem to find a place for it and ended up here. The desktop forum only has Audio, Video and hardware sections.
I am not sure why i purchased a New Dell XPS 9000 today and after coming here (i hope it was not a mistake) i can see that support from this site is not going to be much, at least there are many other forums that still cover dell in general. Very hard to find anything good at this site (good information that is).

So my complant is as follows:
I just ordered a new XPS 9000. I was not able to not purchase some of the options. Like the $30 Start Trek movie and game. Or the 2gig Dell online storage. AV Software, why don't you offer one of the free version of AV software like AVG or Microsoft Security Essentials .
I don't need these and they are inculed in the total price. I did not need some of the other but you are required to pick at least one of them.

Last but not least,  I was going to add second drive to this PC. Dell wanted $300 to add a 1TB drive. That is X4 to much. You can get a 1TB drive for around $68 buck ever where right now. Even the better name brand drives are only around the $120 range but Dell wants $300. What is so special about the Dell second drive?
