Hi there, I thought i'd repair my old 1300 laptop being as it was only a cracked screen that was stopping it from working. So to start with i took the old screen out and disconnected the power and screen tabs as it wouldn't load up on my TV with it connected. I then thought i'd better make sure it works before buying a new screen,so i connected it to my LCD Tv via the rgb socket. It loads upto the WindowsXP splash screen but then it goes blank and it says that no input signal is being received. I then restart it and go into safe mode and everything works fine. So i was wondering if its just because the screen isn't connected and it'll be fine when i connect a new screen? Or is it something else?:emotion-3: Regards Gary
