Why would my order be cancelled?

I ordered a digital camera through Dell, I have purchased a number of items through them and have never had any problems before. I received my confirmation email, then received the email from Dell financial telling me my first payment will come out of my account on November 30th. I have been trying to check my order status, and it just keeps saying this order has been canceled. I did email Dell, but so far no response. I am totally confused? Any ideas if I am going to be paying for something I will never receive?? I always understood that the payment email was sent when the item shipped? Yet according to my account, nothing has been shipped (ship date was Nov 5) and everything just says canceled.

I didn't give them a credit card number, it's through their own financing...payments will be debited right out of my bank account.

Call your credit card company and ask if there was charge made by Dell.
