Install Dell's QuickSet program.

Thank you for replying, but, I did this and it was the 32-bit. So, I went and hunted down the 64-Bit and downloaded that. Yet, it still didn't work. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I downloaded it and restarted twice to make sure.
Any other ideas?

That should have worked.
Did you install the chipset driver

too when you reinstalled Vista?
