Dell Studio 1555 Laptop Mobility Center Question

Not sure if this is the right forum, but... I have a Studio 1555 laptop that I got last than six months ago. I had Windows Vista on it, then upgraded to Windows 7, which I didn't like. I reformatted and went back to Windows Vista on New Years. Since then, I've been downloading drivers and so forth and slowly built it back up. I managed to get the dock back, but, I'm somewhat bothered that I don't have the mobility center buttons working anymore? You used to hit the 'increase volume' button and a semi-transparent, blue square would show up temporarily with a picture of a speaker and the bar. After a moment or so, it would vanish. It did this for wireless and projection as well as brightness and the play/fastforward/etc keys. The battery one used to bring up a menu for battery options. I'm not sure if I have to download a third party or a driver or some kind of hardware. I know it's petty and I know I'm not up on all the lingo that comes with computers, but it's the final piece I'm missing to have my laptop the exact same way and bothers me because of that. Thank you for replying, but, I did this and it was the 32-bit. So, I went and hunted down the 64-Bit and downloaded that. Yet, it still didn't work. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I downloaded it and restarted twice to make sure.

Any other ideas?

That should have worked.  Did you install the chipset driver  <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> too when you reinstalled Vista?
