You're going to have to call or otherwise contact them if you want the drive replaced under warranty, which is what needs to be done.

Impossible to advise without knowing where you are - in the US, outside the US (where?) and whether  you bought the system from Dell or a reseller like Best BUy, Staples, etc (in which case your service and support are through the store, not Dell).

I'm in the UK & bought from PC World. I'll try them directly....
