If the system is more than two years old, repair will be at your expense - you will need to contact Dell for a repair estimate. There should be, as there is in the US, an out-of-warranty repair number to call - the website should have it.
Expect an expensive repair - probably on the order of $500US.
You may want to review this blog post by Lionel and contact your local Dell Tech Support group. If your 2 year warranty has been expired for less than 12 months you may still be eligible under our replacement policy. Tech Support would have to work with you to confirm you're eligible and that your system is exhibiting the appropriate symptoms.

Thanks for the responce, I'll look for one. €300 will be my budget, if it's over that it's a new laptop I guess. Technology is not fair >.<
