I would also like to note that I read about some people having the computer stuck where it thinks the lid is closed. I wouldn't be surprised if that's my problem too since I cannot go to standby. My question is where can I look inside to try and fix that problem? Is it in the screen or something? I don't know where to look or unscrew.
I still don't know if that is exactly my problem since the screen is visible with the video driver disabled.
