D630 laptop flashes screen when you right-click

The problem does not occur before you install the graphics driver.  The computer has a fresh and fully updated install of Windows XP SP3.  I have tried the version available from Dell as well as two available for the GM965 express family from Intel (the most recent release and one alder one).  Further, it tried using both the installer executable and using the 'Advanced Install from Folder' option from device manager.  Nothing seems to remedy this problem.  It seems that whenever you right click the video driver resets (maybe) -- the screen flashes (occasionally with a flash of colors), the mouse resets to the middle of the screen, and the context menu you were trying to open flashes open and then closes (this flashing is similar to what I have seen when Folding@Home crashed my ATI driver a while back). If ShellExView can pinpoint a misbehaving extension, it'll at least be a workaround:
