This does not work for my computer; it simply restarts my computer without wiping it. I wish there were some way of contacting Dell so they would give me an answer.
My biggest problem so far it's that f8 is not the showing me boot options. Onllyrics f2 and f12 seem to be responding. Does it have anything to do with my configuration? I really need to do this recovery because the windows 10 in my system won't activate and I can confirm that the Symantec recovery partition is present in my system

If you have upgraded to Windows 10 and not Clean Installed Windows 10 you can revert to Windows 7.
To revert log into Windows 10, right click the start button go to shutdown or sign out then left click restart and hold down the shift key.
Then select troubleshoot and rollback to Windows 7.
If you manage to rollback to Windows 7, you should upgrade Dell Backup and Recovery and make a Recovery USB.
You are THE BEST!!!!! I spent 7+ hours chatting and calling people from Dell, and they said that there was no way they could help me, and that I should go to Best Buy or purchase a new computer! -.- This worked PERFECTLY!!! I can't wait until it's back to the original system so I can give it to my little cousin for his Christmas present. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!! :D
