It shouldn't require drivers? It should be 'Plug 'n' Play' under XP?
But try these - from a link provided by Dell's Chris_M in this forums thread (which I found via Google incidentally :emotion-55:)?
Follow his instructions as well - if necessary :emotion-5:
Do you have XP SP3 installed btw?

Thanks! It is plug and play. I must not have given XP enough time to recognize it when I tried that earlier.
