Should be fine. Windows 7 64-bit uses more core RAM for the OS than the 32-bit, but you should be OK. Windows only allows a maximum of 2GB per application. Please check the amount of RAM being used in the Performance Tab of the Task Manager - the amount shown in the Memory graph. With Windows 7 32-bit, mine starts at about 1.3GB then drops to 0.9 after a while.
