no one on the dell site has any suggestions ... ?

If the touchpad is faulty, the entire palmrest needs to be replaced.
thank you for your response! is there any steps i could try to do to insure that is infact faulty, and if i buy a new palm rest will that indeed fix it? I dont know too much, but is it for sure the top part and nothing internally?
