Brackets to mount 3007 WFPHC

Question

I'd like to unscrew the stand of my Dell 3007 and mount it to a bracket that would fit something like this..... http://www.chiefmfg.com/productdetail.aspx?MountID=131 What do I need to get to make that happen as it seems this product is made for standard LCD TV mounting.....   Thanks

The monitor has four 100mm vesa mounting holes behind the base plate. See here. So that Chief stand should work.
