Never Buy A dell product If you are in Pakistan

Hello All I have Bought a dell inspiron 1564 laptop from a local vendor in Rawalpindi city in Pakistan. But I am very sorry to say that My experience for a buying a Dell product was really bad. After purchasing I came to know that there were not software included in the package. It was not a big deal i can have the software from the internet. But when I was using the laptop after a week its led screen started to blink and displayed green color. Now my misery turned worse since i bought the product having a so called International warranty. The Laptop Box had a warranty card a UAN number was written on it . When i made a call I came to know That they were not DELL people they were a local based franchise of dell named Mega plus Pakistan. Anyhow I visited there and they fixed the lose circuit according to them and fixed the problem I came back but still had that same problem. This time the franchise technical staff told me that they have to ship the faulty hardware i.e to Malaysia and the LED will be replaced by warranty claim The whole process will take a whole week. Today was the delivery date for my piece but the franchise said that dell have shipped again a faulty LED and it is having some blurry images. Now again the LED will shipped to Malaysia and a whole week will be wasted and still it is not sure that the problem will get fixed. I just wanna know that Is Dell a customer caring company. If any of the dell staff or concerning person is reading it give me this answer. My Laptop Service tag is . My Mobile Number is .

Unfortunately, you purchased in a country where Dell does not sell direct -- your terms of sale are with your reseller -- not Dell.

hey buddy can i hv the address or any contact number of DELL's franchise in Rawalpindi or ISlamabad...as i m unable 2 find it.... :( :(  :'(
