Now I am confused. You wrote, "Can you now help me to get your Dell touchzone software downloaded and installed on my windows 7 installation please?".

Hi Chris

I have both Windows 7 AND XP Installations

My PC is Dual boot

I keep XP to run all my kids educational software that wont run on 7 (yes I know about emulation)

I had two problems

First was getting the webcam to run in xp. kept getting those "Dell system only" messages. This fixed now. I never expected to get touch to work in xp. No problem

The second was my wish to get Dell Touch zone working on my windows 7 installation. I was told that  by buying the monitor this would give me the privilege as a dell customer who has purchased a "touch" enabled piece of equipment, to be able to use the Touch zone software. The drawing package looks fantastic for my 7 year old. I found the program in your downloads section. downloaded and installed and though this seemed to go hitch free , nothing happens when I run it. It appears that Touch zone is a kind of "master" program that also needs "apps" installed with it. ( touchcam and touchscreen drivers have installed successfully already)

Can you please help me to get Touch zone  running successfully? It was one of the things that convinced me to buy the monitor in the first place. A touch screen is not too much good without applications that can use it.

Apologies for the confusion

regards

The Dell Touch Zone software was not built to work with the SX2210T. The SX2210T only uses the Touch Cam, Facial Recognition Application, Touchscreen Driver and Tools.

The Dell Touch Zone is the Touch Wrapper software which is factory installed on Studio One 1909 system as a touch upsell.
