Customer Service and Warranty Issues

Question

Does anyone know where I can submit a complaint with Dell about the poor experience I have had with both my laptop and customer service. If I don't get resolution I will be placing a complaint with the better business bureau and consumer affairs. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop. In April I started having system issues where it would lock up, then it wouldn't start.  I used the support website and went thru all the steps to fix.  It ended up telling me I had a bad disk partition.  I ended up reinstalling everything on the computer.  My warranty didn't expire until June so I decided to purchase an extended warranty. When I tried to use the website every time I tried to have it recognize my options I got an error message saying unable to determine availability.  I tried for several months and about gave up.  The day after my warranty expired I got an error message on my computer that said my hard drive was failing.  Once again I went to the extended warranty and now all of a sudden the website was able to determine my extended warranty options and tell me I wasn't available to extend any kind of warranty. I have called support several times with promises to call back and no follow through.  I have used the unresolved issues form and have gotten no response.  This is so frustrating.  I have never had so many issues with a computer and such a horrible customer service experience.

Wow, that's pretty frustrating. I'd give the unresolved issues group a couple days to get back to you. If that doesn't help, please submit again. BE SURE to provide the issue or ticket number.
