Try run your dell without battery, only on battery, if this not help, remove battery and AC, push few times power button and leave laptop for few hours (all night if you have time). If this not help call to dell, probably is something wrong with ram or motherboard , or with power button.
if in your area was a storm (with lightning), and the computer was plug in to the mains, there is a possibility that the motherboard or power adapter is burned.

Call Dell for warranty replacement of the mainboard.
