My laptop is 3 weeks old and spent in total 7 hours on the phone over 5 calls. Dell is sending me a new Studio 17.
I payed $150 for a blu-ray and could never justify Dell sending me bad software and me having to pay for Power DVD 10 for it to work. Yes, the Power DVD 10 made it work, but it was only a free trial version.

Hello,
I use Power DVD 10 on my M1730 with Blu-ray. It works a lot better then the software from Dell.
