According to Microsoft, if the password is lost there is no (legal) way of recovering.  You will have to reinstall Windows.   If there were a way to get around the password than your system would not be safe and hackers could bypass your password protected system and get into it. 

There may be ways of getting around this but you will have to go elsewhere.  Forum rules prohibit discussing illegal programs or procedures.
