Did it ever work? Here are the Card Reader specifications. What is the brand, model, and size of your SD card? The 24" doesn't have a service tag. You must use the Order number and contact Order Support. But I doubt it is defective. Most of the time it is that the SD card doesn't meet the monitor specifications.

ShopBen,

Did you connect the monitor USB cable from the bottom of the monitor to a USB port on the computer?

OK I have connected the 1394 to USB cable with my computer and USB port is charging but card reader is not working. Windows says device not recognized, and I have upgraded my u2410 monitor driver. I am using Window 7 Ultimate x64.

You lost me, 1394? I was referring to this USB upstream cable which plugs into #11. The other end plugs into a USB port on the computer.

Yes thats the port I used to connect to my pc. Windows says it cannot recognize the device. I read some previous post with the same problem. Is there a fix for this? New driver?
