i rooted mines a while back...but my boss just recieved his update.

Funny I was just going to pull trigger today to root and this shows up. Hopefully it decent otherwise I guess i will have to root anyways. It was either that or go to the Atrix this week.

I think you are phrasing it incorrectly. The question should be 'how much bloatware is there?'

LOL you actually think they will continue to suport the Streak? I think Best Buy is trying to bail out right now. Its at $49 on their site, next week they will most likely give you a gift card in order to dump the the phone. lol

Oh, come on. Give AT&T a break. They provided us with one of the quickest updates in Froyo history.

I can't wait for 2.3 in 2013.

I have seen a few people say they (or someone else) got the update, but they wont asnwer the questions here about details regarding the upgrades....

If someone REALLY has an upgrade from AT&T, please answer those few small details for the rest of us.  Otherwise, I have a bridge for sale...

I feel the same way. Dell claims you have to reboot your Streak to get the update, so you may want to try that if you don't see it.

I installed Froyo a week ago thanks to an awesome DJ. I had a few problems with it being stable, but they're all fixed now. To be honest - I rather have that decent version than Froyo with a bunch of useless AT&T apps. I won't believe it's out until I see a screenshot and/or some specific questions answered.
