Yes it has. Fn+F2 key.

The bluetooth is working but can't discover any device.

Other laptop can discover  my Dell (so bluetooth is working) but can't share the private authentication key so can't connect to this.

Thanks your advice but the problem not so trivial :)

Thx tarat

I just bought my laptop and the same thing is happening to me. I have went through the exact same steps as you and am having the same results. However, I am using a N7010. I have searched all over the internet and I cannot find any solutions. I also tried contacting Dell but apparently they don't offer email support for my product... Glad I bought that warranty!

I'm having the same problem with my brand new N5010.  I tried updated the Bluetooth software from the Dell Support website and it ended up wiping out my computer.  I had to do a system image restore just to get my computer to turn on again.  Any solutions...?

I also just wiped out my computer, installing dells BT [Blue tooth] driver.  My win will now not boot, due to corrupt file, and when I attempt restore, I am told unable to restore, obviously I have a problem with a file that is not part of my restore.... So then I check affected programs, it tells me the 365 BT Files are the affected files.  Hmm, I think Dell  has an issue here they need to research.

why would reloading a BT driver cause this to happen?  Customer Service states I need to reload win7.  Anyone know how to get around this reinstall to get my files I need from hard drive, before I reload?  I haven't done a back-up since before the last semester.... I better get smarter about doing this.

D 6tem,

Did you recently install/reinstall the operating system? If yes, did you install the desktop/notebook system utility and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Hi all. The solution:

Go to START icon and type in SERVICES.MSC and select SERVICES.
The dialog box that opens has a long list of stuff but look for BLUETOOTH SUPPORT SERVICE and double-click to open it.
Select AUTOMATIC.  Go to the LOG ON tab.
Choose  "this account" type in "LOCAL SERVICE".
Then delete the password dots (a 15-dot-string) under password and delete the string under confirm (both password boxes are now empty).
 Choose okay.  SUCCESS.
It should then tell you to STOP the service and then to RE-START the service before the change takes effect.
Do so and it should now work.
