You'll need to replace the system board.  If you have an ATI X300 video card, it's this board:

Seems like a DC jack loose from the motherboard (watched the vid)

Most laptops have docking stations / port replicators. Power is supplied
over alternative input contacts at the bottom of the laptop. If that powers
your laptop correctly - a motherboard repair / swap can be avoided.

There is no docking station for this model - or for most Inspirons, all Studios, Studio XPS, Vostro, etc. systems.  Of those systems sold in the last 7-8 years, only the Latitudes, Precisions and a couple of Latitude-based Inspirons have dock options.

If i were you, i would clean out the battery connection terminals with a electronic cleaning wipe and see if that helps, if it doesn't then either replace the motherboard or buy a cheap laptop from ebay. they have refurbished computers on there for like $100-150
