Why would this be a "Dell only" item?  I.E. is software and between I.E. and the Operating System, they are what controls items such as this.  The hardware does not control this.

To add to what fireberd said, has this system been thoroughly scanned for malware lately??

One customer has fresh, out-of-the-box systems pre-configured from Dell.

I only meant Dell-specific in this case because the problems are occuring on Dell systems. Because no one has offered a software solution anywhere else I've checked, I'm looking at hardware options and, generally, just more eyes on the problem.

I said this could be moved to another forum section if this section wasn't appropriate.
