You are going to the wrong downloads page or something. The Sigmatel hardware on your model takes a Sigmatel driver, not an IDT one. Here is the D630 downloads page. Use the dropdown box to select Vista operating system.
Follow the instructions in Section 8 of the Audio Driver Facts faq to install the Vista driver into 7.
and Dell's faq explains which browsers are supported. But I see now I should state that information in my faq because it is a reason for failure of the download process.

Apparently, the Dell downloader doesn't like Google Chrome.
I ran the same download scripts using IE, and they worked.
Not sure if this was covered in the FAQ page you supplied, JimCo.

Actually I guess I did know about it. There is a line in the faq
"For more information about the Download Manager application, see Dell's official Dell Driver Download Manager FAQs."
