Latitude D630 blue screen after install VPN client

Hi, My laptop latitude D630 blue screen after i installed cyberoam VPN client. I've uninstalled the program and it is fine, my laptop doesn't appeared blue screen apparently i need the program for my client. Kindly please advise the action should i need to take.?

Yeah i already contact them but they told me that might be my laptop issue.

When i install at toshiba laptop,it ok.Blue screen not appear
