There is nothing in the monitor to control this. Don't turn the monitor off. Let it go into sleep mode, then awaken it. Does the HDMI work to the Airtel?
Thanks Chris. I think its issue with Airtel set top box may be. Because, when i connect another laptop to this monitor via HDMI, it auto detects the signal.
I think the work around could be leave the monitor in sleep mode and never turn it off. I think there is no(very less) power consumption by monitor when sleep mode.
But I have to check airtel stb - stand by power consumption. Because, they are connected to common power supply, if i dont turn off the monitor, i have to leave airtel stb also in stand by mode.
