JUST GOT IT DELIVERED ON 2-9-11.   Hang in there guys....... it is a sweet tablet phone.  I almost cancelled mine 4 times so I know how all you you feel. Hang it there.... hang in there.

Are you talking about the Cherry Red Dell Streak ?

Well,this is some really good news.It means my informations are either right or wrong in the way that it could could also be delivered before feb 17th.

I just got my newest delay email. Now it says the 15th. So lets see how things go. Order still says in production though.

 I am more concerned with already having a tracking number since Monday and it hasn't hit the fed ex system yet.  % days sitting in a warehouse.  i bet my bottom dollar it's "lost".  But I hope all of you guys get yours soon....

Chime in here I ordered on Dec 24 32g unlock been thru the jan 18 then feb 4 dates my order says i t was shipped on Jan 31 2011 but electronic notified Fex Ex on Fab 7. I called Fex Ex  and they said they do not have it and Dell says it shipped. So I am stuck in Never Never Land . My tracking number is usless right now but I  am still hanging on anyone else have a tracking number with the same results - Charles

Charles, Yes I am in the same boat.  Received fed ex notification of pending shipping on Monday, but nothing as of yet.  Still a worthless tracking number.

Don't know if anyone else checked the box to get email when someone responds, but people are posting with concerns and those post are being deleted.  So its comforting to know that someone at Dell is reading these comments, but also disheartening to know that someone is deleting post and not responding to our concerns. I perosonally feel they should realize we are still interested in the orders being completed and that communication, honest communication would be much appreciated...

Hey Everyone,

     I've been following this thread for awhile as I only learned about the dell streak shipping problems after I placed my order in January, unfortunately.  Today my estimated delivery date got bumped from the 16th of February to the 23rd.  I decided I'd had enough waiting and called in to cancel my order.  I spoke to a gentleman at Dell customer service who said that the phone had, in fact, already been shipped to me and he couldn't cancel.  However, he did not have a tracking number (troubling indeed), but said it should populate by this weekend.  So, I guess I'm kind of stuck in that same limbo phase that some of you all are as well.  The CS rep did, though, say that once I receive the streak (IF I receive it) that if I was not satisfied I could return it without any restocking fees or penalties due to the delayed shipping times.  Also, he said that because of all the fulfillment problems that they are offering a $25 credit on streak orders and set up a ticket number for me to call back and reference once I receive the phone.  So, for those of you who are waiting for the streak, I would recommend making a call and inquiring about the $25 credit because it was my impression that it should be available to all of those with delayed streak orders.  Not as good as getting it in a timely fashion, but still it's something.

This is very interested because I had a visit from FedEx yesterday and told them I will come pick it up.  When I tell them this they will hold it and not attempt a redelivery.  Today I got another call from FedEx (Apartment door rings my mobile) and told them the same thing.... so hopefully both my dock and Streak have arrived.

Yes they deleted one of my posts. I agree with you. I wouldn't be so upset if they simply stated hey were having issues it will be 30 more days. Not an email every 2 days delaying the order and they the reps stating they are now confident I will get it on the ship date. After I get this it may be the last order from Dell. This is not right at all to treat the customers who make them so large like they are nothing.

I also wrote a note at GetSatisfaction.com/dell about this issue.  No response in the past 18 hours since I submitted.  The site says Dell employees are there to assist.

Last time I heard of it,they were going to be tendered to FedEx before monday for a feb 17. delivery...

I really hope so. If mines not here by the time the Atrix is out I may be tempted to get that beast. At least I know I can get it without a 45 day delay... =)
