New computer -- you should contact Dell Support. Make sure you are not running the battery to empty. Lithium batteries should not be allowed to run down completely. It will shorten battery life. Set the alarm in Power Settings to warn you.
thank for the response, Thats one of my problem I cant find where to adjust the alarm of power option. I went already to control panel and power option
and whats giving me is just the power plans. Please can you walk me through how to set the power option ? thanks I appreciate it :emotion-1:
