Welcome to the Community. I guyess you got a bundled software Cyberlink Power DVD together with your comptuer, this is to watch DVD's. You will need to do a software update to fix this issue, use the below link to do that. If you do not use the software, and want to stop that message from coming up, you can take it out of your startup. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, Run, type in " msconfig" and click Ok. Click on the Startup Tab on top, and uncheck the box that says Cyberlink next to it, click Apply and then Ok, it will ask you to restart.
