Dell 530 Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200S Disabled
Optiarc drive is disabled. Driver claims to be current. Get error code 32 indicating a sharing conflict not allow access to drive. Microsoft driver update fails because it does not find the target drive. Tried to add external drive but it comes back also as disabled. Tried to disable and enable in properties window and that also failed to correct problem.

Try the MS CD/DVD fix (link below).
If this does not correct the problem, please provide the model and OS of your Dell.
