Sonic Activation Prompt

Question

On a Dell Dimension 9150 with WIndows XP Sonic Activiation prompt at start-up is a plague. No fixes at Microsoft or Roxio. Anyone know a solution?

Checked in msconfig to see if it's listed to run at start up?

no listing for sonic or roxio at all
