If you've already replaced the battery and adapter, chances are it is the power jack. Once source of repair: www.aqstech.com. The cost should be about $100.
I have the same laptop and i have the same problem i tried to solve it but it didn't work
the problem is in the motherboard
there is a way to solve it by charging the battery but not the laptop i think it need a rare port but that would solve the problem only if u want to change the whole motherboard and i think its expensive.

The D500 and D600 use the same board, costing about $60.
